Nothing Bundt Cakes is leaning into fall with two seasonal flavors, including the return of a familiar favorite and a new limited-time release.
The Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake is back, featuring a warmly spiced cake with Biscoff Cookie Butter baked into the batter, drizzled over the top and finished with real Biscoff cookies. The returning flavor will be available through Oct. 11.
Also on the seasonal lineup is the new Apple Pie Cake Pop-Up, built around spiced cake, cinnamon apples and buttery brown sugar streusel. That flavor is available through Sept. 27, while supplies last.
Both releases are part of Nothing Bundt Cakes’ ongoing 10 Million Bites of Joy celebration, a nationwide campaign running through Oct. 4 across the company’s 841 bakeries.
The initiative includes free cake giveaways, in-bakery sampling, fundraising efforts, community events and other promotions designed around the brand’s longtime “Bring the Joy” theme.
Earlier this month, the campaign included Nothing Bundt Cakes’ first National Bring the Joy Day on Sept. 15, when bakeries around the country gave free Confetti Bundtlets to their first 300 guests.
With the giveaway now wrapped, the fall flavors keep the celebration going for anyone who missed the free cake window.
The Apple Pie Cake Pop-Up is available through Sept. 27, while the Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake sticks around through Oct. 11.
Founded in 1997, Nothing Bundt Cakes has grown to more than 800 bakeries across the United States and Canada, with plans to reach 1,000 locations by 2027.
