Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock is bringing back its Food & (Not Just) Wine Festival on Sunday, October 4, 2026, with a full afternoon built around food, wine, beer, spirits, chef demonstrations and live entertainment.

Now in its fifth year, the festival returns with a Stars, Stripes & Spurs theme, giving guests an excuse to lean into boots and Western attire while sampling their way through one of Kalahari’s biggest culinary events of the year.

Guests can expect more than 30 food samples from Kalahari’s restaurants and culinary concepts, along with tastings from 75-plus local and national wine, beer and spirits brands.

Early food highlights include blackened beef tips and hanging bacon cornbread from Double Cut Steakhouse, short rib anolini and lasagna bites from Sortino’s, carne asada quesadillas from Cinco Niños, mini cowboy sliders from B-Lux, Loaded Baked Potato Mac from MACS and desserts including Texas pecan pie and s’mores brownie bites from Kalahari Bakery. Menus are subject to change.
