To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, AKB Austin, the new boutique hotel bar at Archer Hotel in northwest Austin, is offering Mexican-themed specials from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm on May 5. These specials include $5 margaritas, drafts, bottles, corn chips with salsa and guacamole, and mole chicken leg lollipops.
De Nada Cantina
De Nada on East Caesar Chavez will be going all out with a pig roast, cornhole, face painting, and an outdoor bar. They will also have a Live mariachi 6-8 pm and a DJ from 8-10 pm.
Las Perlas, has organized a Cinco de Mayo celebration which features various cocktail specials, including $9 margaritas and palomas, as well as tacos from an on-site food truck called Asador. The event also includes DJ sets to provide entertainment. The bar is located at 405 East Seventh Street in Downtown.
