The Venetian Resort Las Vegas has officially opened its new Via Via Food Hall. The launch marks a major step in the resort’s $1.5 billion reinvestment project, adding another high-profile dining destination to the Strip.

Via Via opened June 9 and brings together a lineup of popular food spots from cities like New York, Los Angeles, and New Orleans. Guests can now enjoy dishes from buzzworthy names including All’Antico Vinaio, Howlin’ Ray’s, Scarr’s Pizza, B.S. Taqueria, Close Company, Ivan Ramen, and Turkey and the Wolf, all in one location.

The food hall is located just off the resort’s Grand Colonnade, offering a casual space to explore a range of regional flavors. Each concept was chosen for its strong following and unique culinary identity. The space was designed to feel like wandering through small, eclectic food stalls with big flavor.

This new addition is part of The Venetian’s continued push to modernize and expand its culinary offerings. With Via Via now open, the resort adds even more depth to an already packed lineup of celebrated chefs and dining concepts.

The Venetian Resort is located at 3355 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
