Guests will indulge in one-of-a-kind bites from each of Kalahari’s signature dining restaurants, will sipping on selections of wine, craft beer, cocktails and spirits from top local brands.

Enjoy live music and a special appearance from Top Chef alum and Texas’s own Michelin Star and Top Chef Alum, John Tesar. Tesar’s influential culinary career spans over four-decades, with a gastronomic footprint in the Southwest, and both coasts. Tesar has earned high praise for his critically acclaimed Knife steakhouses in Dallas.
Guests will also meet Kalahari’s full line-up of chefs, serving offerings of their signature dishes from every restaurant at the resort.

Tickets are $75 per person and include tastings from Kalahari’s signature restaurants and culinary experts. The festival will showcase over 40 Texas wineries, distilleries, and craft brewers. You’ll even take home a souvenir wine glass.
