Launderette

Launderette is excited to announce their Second Annual New Year’s Eve Extravaganza, which will feature a four-course prix fixe dinner, tented Bellini Lounge and more. The prix fixe dinner is priced at $85 per person and includes options like Foie Gras Crème Caramel, Oysters Casino, Chestnut Garganelli and Grapefruit Cremeux. Guests are welcome to make a reservation online for the early seating (5:00pm to 6:30pm) or late seating (7:00pm – 8:30pm) for dinner.

La Condesa

During dinner service on New Year’s Eve, La Condesa will run a menu of vegetarian specials by Executive Chef Rick Lopez in addition to the regular menu. A few of the tasty items include Huarache (blue corn masa, sweet dumpling squash, piloncillo, tomatillo salpicón), Chochoyotes (dilrio farm roasted pumpkin, masa dumplings, pipian rojo, cascabel, preserved lemon), and a dessert called Tamal (gianduja chocolate, toasted hazelnut, orange marmalade, crème fraîche).

L’Oca d’Oro

L’Oca d’Oro will ring in the New Year with a festive 6-course prix-fixe dinner from 5-10 p.m. In addition to the prix-fixe menu, the restaurant will offer special white truffle add-on options for specific courses at an additional $25 per dish featuring beautiful truffles from Alba. L’Oca d’Oro will also offer a Vegetarian menu at the same price as the prix-fixe. Items for the prix-fixe menu include Lamb Tartare with Sunchoke chips and salsa verde, Salt Cod Croquettes with saffron aioli, Spaghetti cacio e pepe with Bottarga butter, Meyer Lemon Prosecco Pavlova, and more.

Have a roaring good time this New Year’s Eve at Punch Bowl Social Austin. The Great Gatsby-themed party kicks off at 9 p.m. and includes music from the ‘20s, lots of fun NYE swag, and a complimentary champagne toast and balloon drop at midnight. Apis will have two seatings on NYE 4:30p-6:30 for the early prix fixe menu and 8:30pm for the late seating tasting menu. The tasting menu will be limited to 38 seats.

Parlor & Yard is returning to the mack this New Year’s Eve with their Star69ties NYE Bash. Get your “Rachel cut”, put your pagers on vibrate and grab your best Mossimo graphic tee because Backstreet’s back, alright. The P&Y gang plans to party like Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch to ring in 2017 like it’s 1999! Live music (confirmation in progress) from 10 p.m. to midnight followed by DJ Big Bear from midnight to 2 a.m. Early bird tickets ($25 – $35) are available here and include a champagne toast at midnight, raffle entry (winner announced at 12:30 a.m. and an appetizer buffet (think Bagel Bites, pizza rolls and mozzarella sticks) at 1 a.m. In the words of the Parlor & Yard gang, “Did I do that?” (oh yes they did…).
