Foodies and Italian cuisine lovers have a new reason to get excited! This fall, Cousin Louie’s, the latest venture from Tc4 & Co. Hospitality, will open its doors in Dripping Springs. The group, known for Tony C’s Coal-Fired Pizza, The League Kitchen & Tavern, and Mighty Fine Burgers Fries & Shakes, is venturing into the realm of full-service Italian-American dining with this new concept.
Cousin Louie’s is a passion project for Tc4 & Co. co-founders Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, along with third-generation chef Louis Ciola III. “Seventy-five years and three generations since our great Uncle Dominick opened the first Ciola’s in Virginia Beach, VA, we are honored to have an opportunity to showcase our authentic Italian-American cuisine and heritage here in Dripping Springs,” said Tony Ciola. “Cousin Louie’s will feature family recipes that patrons have enjoyed since 1949, alongside some of Chef Louie’s originals with the leadership and support of our amazing team at Tc4 & Co. Hospitality.”
Chef Louis Ciola III, a Culinary Institute of America graduate with over 20 years of experience, will helm the kitchen. His resume includes stints at renowned Austin eateries like Barley Swine and Hestia. At Cousin Louie’s, he promises a menu brimming with family favorites and Italian-American classics, including handmade pasta and dishes like Chicken Piccata and Snapper Livornese. Tony C’s fans will be pleased to find popular appetizers like Grandma Ciola’s Meatballs and the award-winning Caesar Salad on the menu.
Wine enthusiasts can look forward to a thoughtfully curated wine list by certified sommelier Tony Ciola, featuring global selections with a strong focus on Italian wines.
Cousin Louie’s aims to create a warm, timeless atmosphere. The Tc4 team is collaborating with Kim Lewis Designs to transform the existing space into a classic Italian-American eatery. “We’re all very excited to bring Cousin Louie’s to life and add a new concept to the Tc4 & Co portfolio,” said Louis Ciola.
Stay tuned for more updates as Cousin Louie’s prepares to bring a slice of Italian-American heritage to Dripping Springs this fall.
