Austin favorite Pinthouse is kicking off the new year with a new lineup of limited time winter menu items, now available at Pinthouse Pizza locations and Pinthouse Brewing.
The seasonal menu leans into bold flavors, comfort driven dishes, and fresh winter ingredients designed to pair with Pinthouse’s award winning beer lineup.
“At Pinthouse Brewing and Pinthouse Pizza, our menus are built around seasonality and balance,” said Philipp Norsetter, VP of Culinary at Pinthouse. “This winter menu leans into comforting flavors, vibrant ingredients, and craveable dishes that pair seamlessly with our beers.”
New items at Pinthouse Brewing on East Ben White include the Blue Calabrian Pizza, Winter Wedge Salad, and a hearty poutine featuring Creole fries with stout demi glace gravy, cheese curds, and an over easy egg. Pinthouse Pizza locations in Burnet, Lamar, and Round Rock are serving the SGT Peppers Pizza, the All A’Sprout It Pizza, and the Sundance Salad.
Guests can also earn rewards on winter menu orders by joining Pinthouse’s Jolly Rogers loyalty program, which offers points on food and beer purchases along with exclusive perks and early access to releases.
