The ‘Eat Better’ chain opening at The Domain in January 2016 with more area locations
MAD Greens, the Colorado-grown purveyor of premium made to order salads, fresh juices, paninis, wraps and soups heads to the Lone Star State in January 2016. MAD Greens’ has selected Austin for its first-ever Texas location and is currently planning a mid-January opening. Additionally, the company is in the process of finalizing leases for additional Austin-area locations, with expected openings throughout 2016. MAD Greens is using part of a recent $13M investment to fund its Texas expansion and growth.

There’s also an appreciation for unique culinary experiences and restaurants committed to sourcing local, which we love.”
MAD Greens is currently searching for Austin-area growers and suppliers who are interested in partnering with the company to provide consistent and cost-effective sourcing options for produce and other items from the restaurant’s expansive menu.
