Henbit, the fast-casual restaurant in Fareground food hall in downtown Austin, known for its farm-focused cuisine and the infamous “Monster Cookie,” is now selling their famous sweet treat at N. Lamar Whole Foods Market.

Awarded the best cookie in Austin in Austin Monthly’s “Best of” issue, Henbit’s monster cookies are packed with chocolate chips and pecans, equally hefty, gooey on the inside, and crispy on the outside. With a perfectly crisp, buttery bottom and melty center, they are not only bigger than your average cookie but have monster the flavor, as well. Now, in addition to Henbit’s downtown location, you can purchase at Whole Foods N Lamar location and order through Amazon Prime starting later this spring.

Henbit is helmed by the team behind Emmer & Rye, with a focus on changing the way people eat with seasonal ingredients, freshly milled grains, and whole animal butchery that is not only delicious and healthy but also affordable.  Chefs Kevin Fink and Tavel Bristol-Joseph follow the same theory of culinary craftsmanship as Emmer & Rye by focusing on local sourcing, seasonality, and working closely with farmers.

Whole Foods Market on N Lamar is open Monday – Sunday from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.  For more information on Henbit, please visit https://henbitaustin.com/ or follow on Instagram at @HenbitAustin.
