Austin area bars and restaurants are taking COVID-19 seriously and monitoring the situation with recommendations from health professionals and government officials.
We are closely monitoring the news and updated guidance from the CDC, the World Health Organization, the federal government, local authorities and organizations so that we can continue to assist local restaurants in effectively communicating their response plans.
To be able to address the concerns of the crisis while serving Austinites with meals, many restaurants have began offering curbside pick-up and takeout purchases.
Provision has temporarily closed until further notice. Gift cards can also be purchased over the phone with online options to come. Provision has also established a virtual tip jar, with 100% of donations going to support their tipped and hourly staff. Donations can be made via Venmo at @safe-distance-gratuities.
10808 Domain Dr. – Ordering ahead for pick up using order.cava.com or the CAVA app. Pick up by car options will not change and continue to operate as usual. Shake Shack is offering “to-go” only in all U.S. company-owned restaurants and will be open regular hours, Sunday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. Guests will be able to place to-go orders in the restaurant, pre-order online, the Shack App for pickup, or order for delivery through Grubhub and Seamless in all cities, as well as other providers such as Postmates, DoorDash, Caviar and UberEats in certain locales.
Fresa’s will close its South First location until further notice. Fresa’s 9th & Lamar location, which offers To-Go service only through its drive-thru and walk-up window, will stay open daily from 11am to 8pm.
