Founder Mark Dowling

After spending 15 years in the hospitality industry, owner Mark Dowling noticed a disparity of good food and presentation by others in the catering industry.  Ignited by Mark’s entrepreneurial mindset and drive for culinary excellence, Courtney’s Catering was soon created with a distinct focus on his passion for serving superior cuisine with a detail for exceptional presetntation. 

 

After serveral years of serving thousands of guests and a sterling reputation among his customers and peers, Mark expanded on his business legacy by recruiting his daughter and the company’s name sake, Courtney, onto the sales team in 2011.  Now working together and with their team of hospitality professionals, Courtney and Mark continue their focus on providing excellence to their customers and guests at every event they produce.

From southern comfort, Texas-inspired fare, to elegant cuisine, Mark and his team produces approachable and comfortably elegant food that can be served in buffet style, plated or family style to suit any event.  The menu was designed to give customers a taste of Mark’s and his team’s culinary talent, highlighting select dishes most will enjoy and suitable for the right event.  If you’re hosting a coporate breakfast or lunch, the seasonal fruit and desserts display; veggie and dips trays; and fine cheese display will make fine options when appetizers are appropriate for your group.
