Founder Mark Dowling

After spending 15 years in the hospitality industry, owner Mark Dowling noticed a disparity of good food and presentation by others in the catering industry.  Ignited by and Mark’s entrepreneurial mindset and drive for culinary excellence, Courtney’s Catering and Capital BBQ was soon created with a distinct focus on his passion for serving superior cuisine with a detail for exceptional presentation.  

 

After several years of serving thousands of guests and a sterling reputation among his customers and peers, Mark expanded on his business legacy by recruiting his daughter and the company’s name sake, Courtney, onto the sales team in 2011.  Together with their team of hospitality professionals, Courtney and Mark continue their focus on providing excellence to their customers and guests at every event they produce.
