Austin has always been a city that takes breakfast seriously. We have tacos, kolaches, and coffee shops on nearly every corner. Now the city is getting something new to add to the morning rotation. Toastique, the gourmet toast, juice, and coffee bar born in Washington D.C., is opening at The Domain on Saturday, October 4.
This grand opening will not be subtle. The first one hundred guests in line will each receive fifty dollars in Toastique rewards to spend on future visits, which is basically Austin’s version of finding gold at the end of a rainbow. The only catch is you need to make a ten dollar purchase to activate the deal, which is a fair trade considering you will probably spend that much on avocado toast and a latte anyway.
The menu is built for the modern Austinite who wants something fast but refuses to settle for bland. Smoothies, cold pressed juices, smoothie bowls, espresso, and coffee anchor the drink list. The food is where things get interesting. Gourmet toasts range from savory Smoked Salmon and Tomato Burrata to sweet creations like PB Crunch. The star of the show is the Avocado Smash, which is destined to become a new neighborhood staple.

The Austin location is led by local resident Emerson Del Aguila, who wanted to create a hub for families, students, professionals, and weekend athletes. His vision is simple: food that is health forward, energizing, and made with care. Whenever possible, the ingredients will come from Texas producers, and everything will be prepared in house with premium seasonal products.
Beyond food, Toastique Austin plans to connect with the community through local school and neighborhood partnerships. The goal is not just to serve meals but to become part of daily rituals across the city. As Del Aguila puts it, the mission is to leave people feeling better than when they walked in.
Founded in 2018 by Brianna Keefe, a former Division I cheerleader who turned her passion for wellness into a thriving business, Toastique quickly built a reputation for making healthy food approachable and enjoyable. Its first year in D.C. brought in more than one million dollars in sales, and expansion has followed across the country. Austin is the newest chapter in that growth story.
Toastique at The Domain will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, visit toastique.com or follow @toastique on Instagram.
