The new spot will land at 11501 Rock Rose Ave #146 and will bring Baldinucci’s pizza al taglio to one of Austin’s most high traffic neighborhoods, offering gourmet pizza by the slice for people who want quality without committing to a full sit down affair. Or for those who do sit down and accidentally stay longer than planned. It happens.
Founded in October 2022, Baldinucci Pizza Romana built its following the old-fashioned way by doing things right and consistently by letting the food talk. Using imported Italian flour, high hydration dough, and slow fermentation, the result is a crust that is light, airy, and quietly confident.
Fan favorites include the Sausage and Honey, the Nonna with hand crushed tomatoes and garlic, and the fig and arugula finished with balsamic glaze. These are slices that feel thoughtful without feeling precious. Comfort food with a passport.
