Biderman's Deli Now Serving Rosen's Bagel Co. Bagels

Biderman’s Deli is a Jewish-inspired deli offering breakfast and lunch with two locations n Austin at 800 Brazos, Suite 215 and 3742 Far West Blvd. Rosen’s serves fresh bagels, schmear and lox, matzo ball soup, and classic deli sandwiches like pastrami, corned beef and chopped liver. They also offer catering and online ordering.

The deli has recently teamed up with the best bagel maker in town, Rosen’s Bagel Co. Biderman’s will now be serving all Rosen’s bagels at their downtown and Far West locations along side their classic bagel sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches. Rosen’s bagel flavors at Biderman’s Deli include Plain, Everything, Poppy, Sesame, Salt, Jalapeno Cheddar, Parmesan, Cinnamon Raisin, Whole Wheat, Egg, Whole Wheat Everything, and Egg Everything.

Owner Zach Biderman decided to collaborate with Rosen’s Bagel Co. in order to increase overall production at both Biderman’s Deli locations. Rosen’s Bagel Co. follows an exhaustively researched recipe, executing a traditional boil and bake approach to bageling.

Biderman’s is now offering catering out of both the downtown and Far West locations, featuring a menu of bagel and schmear platters, sandwich platters, deli platters including Lox & Whitefish platter and Meat & Cheese platter and traditional deli desserts like a Kugel Tray and Black & White cookies.
