St. Elmo Brewing Co. is set to open its highly anticipated second location at 8110 Springdale Road in East Austin this weekend. The new 15,000 square foot venue combines the cozy neighborhood feel of the South Austin original with exciting new features like a large outdoor space, family and pet-friendly patio, and a kids’ play area with custom Bloom Boxes by CoXist Studios.

Starting Tuesday, September 17, St. Elmo Springdale will operate with regular hours: Sunday to Wednesday, 8 am – 10 pm, and Thursday to Saturday, 8 am – 11 pm.

The brewery’s expansion includes a production space four times larger than the original, enhancing its distribution across Central Texas. The design by OPA Design Studio creates an immersive experience for guests, with views into the brewery’s canning line and cellar. A bold patio entry and a new mural by artist Emily Eisenhart add vibrant touches to the space.

With 36 beers on tap, including location-exclusive “Zero” hazy IPA, St. Elmo also offers Texas wines, ciders, frozen drinks, and non-alcoholic options like Hop Water. Spokesman coffee and food trucks Spicy Boys Chicken and Pueblo Viejo round out the offerings.

To celebrate, the brewery will host a Grand Opening party on Saturday, October 5, from 12-9 pm, featuring DJs, food, and the debut of “Zero” IPA. For more details, visit St. Elmo Brewing Co..
