Austin Proper Hotel & Residences has officially opened doors to all four food & beverage concepts, in partnership with James Beard Award-nominated restaurateurs Larry McGuire and Tom Moorman of Austin’s McGuire Moorman Hospitality. Newest to the property is La Piscina Ceviches & Fajitas, a poolside Mexican-inspired restaurant on the fifth floor of the hotel.
La Piscina is a convivial poolside restaurant and bar serving Texas-inspired Mexican cuisine in a vibrant, open space overlooking downtown Austin. The restaurant offers delicious family-style platters, ceviches, and table-top sizzling fajitas, with fresh seafood grilled over a wood fire and house-made tortillas from an open comal.

The bar provides a diverse selection of margaritas, native Mexican spirits, small-batch tequila & mezcal as well as an assortment of outdoor-friendly snacks.
