Neon Armadillo Summer Pop-Up Food Trailer Grand Opening

Wimberley Way Hospitality is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its summer pop-up in downtown Wimberley Square, previewing their upcoming restaurant and bar, Neon Armadillo. Beginning July 5, the Neon Armadillo food trailer will offer a limited-time menu featuring family-style Tex Mex BBQ with locally sourced ingredients. The grand opening event from 5-8pm will feature live music by Tate Mayeux, food and beverage offerings, and wine samples by Jaclynn Renée Wines.

In addition to Neon Armadillo, visitors can explore two iconic, women-owned Texan brands: Junk Gypsy and Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott. Junk Gypsy, by sisters Amie and Jolie Sikes, will offer vintage treasures and bohemian chic home decor. Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott will feature Western-style jewelry and a custom hat bar, open Wednesdays through Sundays.

Owned by Wimberley locals Molly and Micah Bowen, Wimberley Way Hospitality is committed to revitalizing the area while preserving its charm. Their second restaurant, Neon Armadillo, is set to open in early 2025, bringing a unique Tex Mex BBQ experience with a focus on sustainability.
