Top Roe partners with Houston’s Blood Bros. BBQ for one-night collaboration!

Open since Fall 2024, Top Roe delivers two distinct dining experiences under one roof – a dedicated handroll counter and Yōshoku izakaya-style menu in the dining room. Chef Paul Qui, a James Beard Award winner and Top Chef Season 9 champion, brings his expertise to craft dishes that are both innovative and authentic.
