Clyde May’s Whiskey is an Alabama-style whiskey featuring a smooth finish, hinting at the addition of dried green apples in the distilling process, which makes it a perfect for mixing in cocktails.

Whiskey Punch 1Clyde May’s Whiskey Punch

One bottle of Clyde mays 750 ml

500 ml of fresh lemon

500 ml of honey syrup

250 ml of ancho Reyes

500 ml of cider

 

Combine all ingredients into a punch bowl and stir.  Float lemon wheels and dried Ancho chilies as garnish.

1.5oz Clyde May’s Whiskey

.75oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

Ginger Beer

 

Combine ingredients in a glass over ice and top with Barritt’s or your favorite ginger beer. Lime wheel garnish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Apples to Apples 1Clyde May’s Apples to Apples

2 orange slices

2 brandied cherries

½ oz honey

1 ½ oz Clyde May’s Whiskey

½ oz sweet vermouth

2 oz hard cider

 

Muddle orange slices and cherries with honey. Add ice, whiskey, sweet vermouth and cider. Stir all ingredients.

 

 

Stone Fruit Pale Ale 2Stone Fruit Pale

1 ½  oz Clyde May’s Whiskey

¾ oz Luxardo Apricot Liqueur

½ oz lemon juice

½ oz simple syrup

2 oz Sam Smith Organic Pale Ale

 

Shake all but pale ale with ice and strain over fresh ice in a tall glass. Stir to incorporate ale.
