Cousin Louie’s, a full-service Italian American restaurant, is opening on Monday, February 3 at 165 Hargraves Dr. Ste T100 in the Belterra Shopping Center, Dripping Springs.
From Tc4 & Co, the hospitality group behind Tony C’s Coal-Fired Pizza, Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, The League Kitchen & Tavern, and Mighty Fine Burgers Fries & Shakes, Cousin Louie’s is led by co-founders Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, alongside Chef Louis Ciola III. With over 20 years of culinary experience and a Culinary Institute of America degree, Chef Louis has worked in renowned Austin restaurants like Barley Swine and Hestia.
“Dripping Springs is a close-knit, growing destination with a strong sense of connection and love for food, which aligns with what we aim to deliver at Cousin Louie’s,” said Tony Ciola.
The menu features Ciola family recipes from 1949 and Chef Louis’ own creations. Highlights include Chicken Piccata, Pork Chop Milanese & Peppers, Snapper Livornese, Butternut Squash Tortelli, and house-made desserts. The wine list, curated by sommelier Tony Ciola, includes approachable offerings from around the world, with a focus on Italy.
“The design evokes the nostalgia of a classic mid-century East Coast Italian restaurant,” said designer Kim Lewis. “It features V-groove red oak paneling, checkered floors, marble tops, and vintage-inspired lighting.”
Cousin Louie’s will be open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. For more information, visit www.cousin-louies.com or follow on Instagram at @cousinlouiesitalian.
