Chef PJ Edwards, formerly the Culinary Director for the Contigo Restaurant group in Austin is opening a new restaurant in San Antonio called Meadow Neighborhood Eatery and Bar.

This concept will open in September 2018 and will feature a seasonal Texan menu with Southern influences as well as a range of craft beer, wine and cocktails.

“I’m eager to fulfill this culinary dream in San Antonio and bring a farm-driven concept to the community I’ve always considered home,” said Chef PJ Edwards. “Meadow will serve as a reliable neighborhood restaurant, it has something for everybody.”

In addition to the September opening, Meadow will also host several pop-ups this summer, with two confirmed at Cullum’s Attagirl on July 23 and August 6 at 6:00 p.m.

Meadow will be located on 555 W Bitters Road, San Antonio and will be open from Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. and for Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
