La Condesa Cooks Up New Summer Menus

Austin favorite La Condesa recently launched brand new seasonal menus, made with produce grown exclusively for the restaurant by Fagan Gamily Farms.

This menu, which includes lighter fare perfect for summer, has food for both meat-lovers and vegans.

A few of the new menu items include:

  • Tacos de Huevo con Chorizo – bacon fat-flour tortilla, scrambled eggs, chorizo and tomatillo salsa
  • Carnitas – slow-roasted pork shoulder, crushed avocado, salsa jitomate, cebollitas and cilantro
  • Tomate salad – mixed tomatoes, avocado purée, tomato vinegar, summer herbs, charred serrano oil and valley onion
