Light and fruity cocktails are perfect for the summer heat and hot temps make us crave a Moscow Mule to cool us off  – something spicy, and ginger does the trick.  Bruce Cost Ginger Beer is made with 100% fresh, unfiltered ginger pieces you can actually SEE.

Ingredients:

2 oz fine vodka

6 oz Bruce Cost Ginger Beer

1.5 oz fresh lemon or lime juice

Directions:

Mix ingredients and pour over ice. Serve with a lemon or lime wedge.
