South Austin’s iconic corner store-turned-gastropub, Whip In is changing ownership in hopes of keeping the business thriving for the years to come.

The new ownership will include convenience grocery expansion, a new London-style curry house/pub theme and a full Sunday brunch. Additionally, he kitchen is expanding and more bathrooms are being added.

But don’t worry, Whip In will stay true to its roots with live music as well as the same great beer and wine.

Whip In is located at 1950 I-H 35 S and is open from 11a.m. to 12 a.m.
