Via 313 first opened over a decade ago, starting off as a small, food truck in Austin. Now, fans in Round Rock will be able to get a slice of their favorite award-winning “square” pizzas because the popular pizzeria is preparing to open its first restaurant in the Sports Capital of Texas!

Via 313 will share their famous Detroit-style pizza in their newest location at 2111 North Interstate Highway, Ste. 35 near Crystal Park. The new, locally-owned and operated 3,121-square-foot restaurant will feature an expansive patio and a dedicated to-go area for guests to conveniently take home their favorite Detroit-style pizzas. When Round Rock’s first Via 313 opens on Aug. 15, it’ll mark the eighth in Texas and 11th systemwide.

“We’re proud to keep growing in the surrounding areas of our hometown and officially bring our famous Detroit taste to Round Rock,” said Co-Founder Brandon Hunt. “Growing up in the heart of Motor City, my brother and I wanted to share the flavors of our childhood and it’s been amazing seeing other families flock to our first food truck and have that same experience. We’re excited to give the people of Round Rock the Via 313 they know and love without having to drive into downtown!”

In preparation for its grand opening, the pizzeria will also be seeking smiling faces to join the rapidly growing Via 313 family. Via 313 offers competitive pay and high earning potential, paid time off, health insurance, discounted meals, a fun, relaxed atmosphere, career advancement opportunities and more. Well-known as the first restaurant brand to recreate the signature pizza style outside of Detroit, Via 313’s pizzas feature pillowy crust with dough that’s prepared daily using the finest flours and classic baking techniques. They’re then topped with mouthwatering ingredients like cheese from Wisconsin and fresh sauce laid on after the bake. Whether you’re looking for a pizza with premium toppings like The Cadillac – made with gorgonzola, fig preserves, prosciutto, Parmesan and balsamic glaze – or you want to go big with The Detroiter – double the pepperonis – Via 313 has all of your pizza needs covered.

Committed to offering something for everyone, Via 313 also adheres to a variety of lifestyles and dietary restrictions. Guests can enjoy vegan or vegetarian options like The Herbivore, The Four Cheese Pizza and The Marinara. They can also substitute gluten-free crust or dairy-free cheese on their pizza of choice.
