It was a cold and rainy day, but the 3rd annual Austin Mac & Cheese Festival continued at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Everyone’s favorite cheesy dish was in full supply to warm every hungry attendee’s heart and provide the perfect mac and cheese coma. The Austin Mac & Cheese Festival celebrated it’s 3rd year with an incredible event that hosted 22 chefs, eateries and culinary professionals, along with spirits, local craft beer and beverages.
With over 1600 ticket holders in attendance, Austin chefs prepared their best mac and cheese dishes allowing attendees to vote on their favorite samples. A portion of the ticket proceeds funds the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts Scholarship Program.
