Chi’Lantro and Hopdoddy Introduces the Kimchi’Burger

Chi’Lantro’s Founder Jae Kim and Hopdoddy’s Head Chef Matt Schweitzer have come together to deliver a Korean BBQ-inspired burger bursting with flavor and thoughtful ingenuity.

 

“With a mutual appreciation for high quality ingredients and a flare for the creative, Chi’Lantro is a standout partner that I’ve personally respected for years,” said Hopdoddy’s Head Chef, Matt Schweitzer. “It has been a passion project experimenting in the kitchen to reimagine beloved classics together.”

 

The Kimchi’Burger is a true marriage of fan favorites made with Hopdoddy’s signature Certified Piedmontese Beef patty topped with Chi’Lantro’s mouthwatering Korean BBQ-marinated Certified Angus Steak beef & caramelized kimchi, atop slaw made with Chi’Lantro’s magic sauce on Hopdoddy’s fresh-baked buns.

Hopdoddy’s Chi’Lantro collaboration is the first in a series of brand menu collaborations Hopdoddy will be partnering on, within local markets.
