Celebrate Saturday activities and Sunday Funday with your best friends! We gathered a few of our besties for some tasty bites and cocktails with Stella San Jac’s brand new brunch menu.

Rachel Holtin and Shannon Monstrola

Get your Sunday Funday started with Stella San Jac’s hand crafted cocktails, juices and smoothies. We started off with Stella San Jac’s fresh pressed juices featuring a few healthy options, before stepping it up a notch to their delicious brunch cocktails. There’s no such thing as a real brunch without the perfect mimosa, but our favorite drink was the Adult Blackberry Snowcone with crushed ice.

What To Order

Drinking mimosas and cocktails is the fun part, but you can’t drink on an empty stomach. We suggest ordering every delicious appetizer on the menu, starting with the Avocado Toast, Grapefruit Parfait, Deviled Eggs with andouille sausage and our favorite, Chef Cerrie’s amazing #16 Biscuits.

Chicken Fried Steak with Potato Hash Waffle and the Salmon Benedict

The greatest thing about brunching with your gal-pals is sharing a few delicious bites with your best friends without over indulging, but appetizers only stoked our appetites for the main dishes. The indulgent dishes included Smoked Salmon Benedict, Short Rib Grilled Cheese sandwiches with white cheddar on Hawaiian rolls, and the Shrimp and Grits with cheddar and pork belly au jus.  Our favorite was the Chicken Fried Steak topped with two eggs over easy and a Hash brown waffle. For dessert we enjoyed one last bit of indulgence with the flaky Bacon Churros and hand whipped butter cream.

Before finalizing plans on your big Sunday Funday adventures, round up your lovely lady friends and head over to Stella San Jac for a delicious brunch and a few cocktails.  After brunch, head up to the roof top for a glimpse the best city skyline view in Austin, complete with a poolside cocktail bar and lounge chairs for a relaxing finish to an early afternoon.

Special thanks to our friends – Jane Ko of A Taste of Koko, Amy Kritzer from What Jew Wanna Eat, Shannon @ATXpartygirl and Rachel Holtin of AustinFoodstagram and Linda of  Girl Eats World.
