Let Anthem take control of the grill this summer. The Aloha Burger, an angus beef patty topped with bacon, gruyere cheese, grilled pineapple, sake braised onions, truffle yuzu & miso aioli is served on a brioche bun. The sweet pineapple balances out the salty sauces and juicy meat.

Vegans and vegetarians rejoice! Anthem’s Vdog is ahouse smoked vegan curry hot dog, topped with sesame seeds and Chinese grain mustard and served with cucumber sunomono. The meatless hot dog is perfect for vegans wanting in on summer grilling. The meat-free currywurst was originally born at another Flagship restaurant, Blatt Beer & Table (locations in Omaha & Dallas). The German meets Tex-Asian concoction is house smoked, served on a pretzel bun and comes with a side of cucumber sunomono salad.
