Based out of Denver, Colorado Snooze, an A.M. Eatery seeks to enhance and evolve your A.M. dining experience through an elevated culinary innovation, with an eclectic and energetic atmosphere and comfortable, friendly service.

Famous for its all day breakfast and brunch and boozy breakfast cocktails, Snooze is set to open its first Austin location this Saturday, May 28. Brunch lovers can enjoy signature dishes, boozy beverages and a great experience by dining on fare from Austin purveyors which include Mill King Dairy, El Milagro, Vital Farms, 44 Acre Ranch and more. Farm-to-Table will be creating a custom jam for the restaurant showcasing peaches from Fredericksburg and strawberries from Poteet based on seasonal availability.

The menu delivers creative twists on classic breakfast dishes, as well as a selection of local, craft beers and morning cocktails. We recently stop by for a preview of the menu highlights which include the signature Chilaquiles Benedict and Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes and with options for a pancake flight.  Eggs benedict lovers no longer have to choose – Snooze offers a Pick Two option for any two benedicts on the menu.
