Downtown destination, Searsucker recently launched their new lunch menu from Executive Chef Andrew Turner and adds to its robust lineup of regular music programming.
Perfect for a quick business lunch or more casual social dining, the new menu is anchored by a selection of ‘Hand Held’ items including sandwiches like Salmon with Avocado, arugula, fennel, and pesto; Spicy Crispy Chicken with pepper jack and jalapeno slaw; Texas inspired tacos like pulled pork with vinegar slaw and chicharrons; short rib with horseradish cream, crispy onion, and pickled red onion; and a Classic Burger, a half pound double with American cheese, thousand island, and pickles, with an option to customize by adding bacon, egg, or avocado.
Staying true to Executive Chef Brian Malarkey’s playful take on dining, Chef Turner executes a menu that’s fun and not fussy, centering around the use of local ingredients. Taking inspiration from what’s in season, part of the new lunch menu will vary, while much of the menu features some of the tried and true favorites that Searsucker guests have come to love, such as the Duck Fat Fries, Chicken Lolli’s, and more.
Searsucker is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 2pm and the full menu can be found here.
