Red Ash launches Summer menu selections

Red Ash Italia is kicking off the summer season with some new additions to the menu including a few new regional Italian embellishments and delicacies, along with the restaurant’s signature flair.

 

Red Ash has recently introduced several new small plates, and dishes to their stellar menu, highlighting the best flavors of the summer season.

 

 

Executive Chef John Carver’s majestic cuisine always presents a simple yet elevated approach to regional italian cooking.  The summer menu additions only adds to the deadly chic and ambiance, featuring a variety of authentic wood-fired Italian recipes highlighted by their fresh, seasonal ingredients.

With lemon garlic, Calabrian chile, pino grigio and black risotto.
