Ramen Tatsu-Ya Winter Special – Mr. Fujiro

Ramen Tatsu-Ya is introducing a new special sure to bring the heat to the wintery weather months in Austin.  Mt. Fujiro, is available now for a limited time at all locations.
Mt. Fujiro is a riff on the cult classic Jiro-style ramen, or Jiro-kei, which was created in 1968 by Takumi Yamada and is known for its distinctly viscous broth, wavy noodles and pork chunks. Instead of a Jiro-Kei shoyu style broth, Ramen Tatsu-Ya created a spicy Tonkotsu miso with aleppo peppers, a mountain of mung bean sprouts and napa cabbage, finished with melt-in-your-mouth cha-cha pork, chashu, an ajitama, and spicy garlic furikake.
Those who are a fan of the Mi-So-Hot will cozy up to this amped up version of the bowl. Let me know what you think! Would love for you to keep in mind for any upcoming food news or dish roundups you may be working on.
