Ramen Tatsu-Ya to Open a New East Austin Location

Ramen Tatsu-Ya will be opening a new location in East Austin this summer at 1600 East 6th Street, making it the fourth location for the brand, which currently has two Austin locations and a location in Houston.
Like Ramen Tatsu-Ya’s current shops, the new location will be serving up their own menu with signature items likesuch as the Tonkotsu Original, with pork bone broth, chashu, ajitama, wood ear mushrooms, and scallions; Mi-So-Hot with pork bone broth, miso blend, goma pork, ajitama, scallion, napa cabbage, bean sprout, corn, and their house made spicy bomb; along with small bites, like Sweet & Sour Yodas and Munchie Katsu Sliders, side items, and desserts.
The new space will also feature all-new craft cocktails mixed by Beverage Director Michael Phillips.  The new location will also host late night hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
