With only a couple week’s before Austin’s PRIDE Parade & Festival on August 10th, it’s time to start thinking about where to get in on the action. Stephen F’s Bar and Terrace at the Intercontinental Stephen F. Austin Hotel is the perfect place to enjoy the parade from above on their expansive terrace overlooking Congress Avenue and the Capitol.
As the parade marches from the Texas Capitol building down Congress Ave, parade-goers can enjoy the unbeatable views of the parade while expressing their love and support for the LGBTQ community. With the terrace also located directly above the parade’s emcee, there’s no need to worry about missing a beat of the action.
To compliment the excitement of the parade, attendees can also enjoy speciality Pride Punch Poptails, made with guest’s choice of a Skittle flavored vodka popsicle, and topped with ruby red grapefruit juice and soda. Pride Punch Pop-tails are available now through August 24th, and make for the perfect Instagram photo-op when paired with those beautiful downtown views.
