Pitchfork Pretty’s Hill Country Hooch and Hops Dinner Series

Pitchfork Pretty, is hosting a four-part dinner series which happening this spring. The eatery’s Executive Chef and Partner, Max Snyder, are collaborating with four local libation-makers to create multi-course pairing menus showcasing fine beer and bourbon.

Wednesday | June 12, 2019 6:30 – 9 p.m Garrison Brothers Distillery Tickets

Pitchfork Pretty opened in June 2017 and quickly became an Austin mainstay, topping best new restaurant lists on the likes of Texas Monthly, the Austin American-Statesman, and Austin Monthly among others.

Pitchfork Pretty’s menu incorporates seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Chef Max’s garden, located less than a mile from his kitchen. Snyder combines his experience in world class kitchens with thoughtful techniques and artful plating to create dishes that are simultaneously comfortable and familiar, yet elevated and refined. Guests can expect all that, and more from the spring dinner series.
