Austin’s beloved dining staple, The Peached Tortilla, is expanding once again as it prepares to open its fourth brick and mortar location in late 2023. The new spot will be situated in Cedar Park’s Arrow Point development at 1915 East Whitestone Blvd, joining other reputable concepts in the soon-to-be-released development.

The Peached Tortilla was initially established in 2010 by Eric Silverstein as a single food truck operation, and it has since grown into various restaurants and concepts. These include a fast-casual outpost at Austin-Bergstrom Airport, a sister concept known as Bar Peached on West 6th Street, a catering company, and an event space known as Peached Social House. Silverstein has infused his cultural background into the restaurant’s menu over the past 13+ years, blending his childhood experiences in Asia with his upbringing in Atlanta.

The new Cedar Park location will have roughly 2,500 sq. ft. of interior space with seating for 82, as well as a large patio outside with seating for 38. The design will feature a recognizable geometric-shaped wall pattern, natural woods, exposed brick, greenery, and quirky artwork and photography from local artists.

“We felt like it was a fantastic opportunity for The Peached Tortilla to be part of this new development in Cedar Park. Not only do we love that the Cedar Park area offers certain amenities like better parking and more space, but we’re confident that as the growth of Austin extends out towards Cedar Park, there will be a demand for unique concepts like ours,” said Founder Eric Silverstein. “We’re near some great residential neighborhoods and hope to reach a market that is a mix of those familiar with our history in Austin, and new customers we get to introduce to the brand.”

The Cedar Park menu will use the original location’s menu as a starting point and feature favorites such as Southern Fun made with braised brisket, kale, bean sprouts, and wide rice noodles, and Dan Dan Noodles with five-spice pork, chili peanut sauce, cucumbers, and bean sprouts. However, the new location will also have some unique menu items that will set it apart from other Peached Tortilla locations.

Overall, the expansion to Cedar Park is an exciting development for The Peached Tortilla and its fans, who can look forward to enjoying their favorite dishes in a new, spacious location.
