Oddwood Ales Brew Pub opens in Austin

Oddwood Ales Brew Pub is a new neighborhood hangout, just east of Airport Boulevard and is a former side project that came out of Adelbert’s Brewery and focused on creating unique American-style wild ales aged in wooden barrels called foeders.

 

Channeling their name, Oddwood Ales features ten different (odd)wood species in their 2,500 square-foot taproom that has a look and feel of a mountain cabin, with a beautiful wood patio for outside seating, indigenous branches transformed into tap handles, as well as some ‘80s inspired artwork and games.

 

Oddwood will officially open this Thursday, March 1^st from 4 -11 PM. They will be operating on limited hours listed below:

Thursday 4 PM – 11 PM

Friday 4 PM -11 PM

Saturday 4 PM -11 PM

Sunday 2 PM -8 PM

They will be pouring:

First Day of School – Pale Ale – 4.8%

Earth Tones – Blended Saison – 5.2%
