Native Hostel Launches a New Happy Hour Menu

Native Hostel is launched a brand new weekly happy hour menu starting on Tuesday, August 21. Available all day Monday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m and on Tuesday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., offering four new snack items at $5 each along with as well as a selection of $8 cocktails, half-price wine by the glass and canned beer.

The menu offers perfect bites for sharing during an after work group gathering or pre-dinner date night happy hour gathering. The menu features shareable snacks including the Curry Vegetable Egg RollsSambal Barbacoa Tostadaswith sambal braised beef; Fish Puppies made with white fish, herbs and served with adobo aioli; and the Baby Banh Mi with fried chicken thigh, kimchi omelet, carrot slaw, herbs, chilies and adobo aioli on a baguette.  

Native’s full cocktail list of 12 specially-created drinks is available for $8 during happy hour. Menu highlights include the Sotolicious made with Desert Door sotol, Aperol, Cherry Heering and lime juice; the Hibiscus Bergamot Gin with Revolution Gin, Bergamot Liqueur, hibiscus syrup and citrus; the Native Foam Mule with Tito’s Vodka, ginger beer with sea salt lime foam; and the French I-35 with gin, Elderflower, lemon and cava. A wide selection of red, wine, rosé and sparkling wine is available by the glass ranging from $3.50 to $7.50. Beer and cider selections include local brews from Independence Brewing Co., Austin Beerworks, Austin Eastciders, Argus Cidery, Blue Owl Brewing along with other domestic and import cans priced from $2.50 to $3.50.
