Lunch on the Fly | Trace

We recently visited our friend and Austinite Deana Saukam for an impromptu lunch at the W Hotel for TRACE’s signature $12 Lunch on the Fly special, which allows guests to order a starter plate, an entrée and one juice or iced tea of the day along with a box of desserts prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Angel Begaye.

 

Like most people, we don’t have a lot of time during our lunch hour.  Fortunately TRACE brings out every dish you order all at once to save you time, making it convenient for most folks during their lunch break. To top it off you’ll get a small box of freshly baked, warm cookies to-go, which will be perfect for a late afternoon snack, or if you’re smart you’ll use it as a gift for your boss if you’re running late when you get back to the office.
