Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, the cult-favorite sandwich shop from the San Francisco Bay Area, has opened itsfirst location in Texas.  Ike’s first Texas shop is located in the Cedar Park.  An official Grand Opening will be celebrated on Thursday, May 23, where the first 50 guests will receive 1 free sandwich each.

Ike’s Love & Sandwiches has grown a massive cult following all across California, Nevada and Arizona.  Ike’s famous “Dutch Crunch Bread” and “Dirty Secret Sauce” are included on each of the 500 sandwich combinations, which cater to meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free diets alike.  The wildly popular chain is known for its eclectic array of location-specific offerings, and the Cedar Park shop is no exception.

The first Texas menu introduces three new sandwiches to the deliciously addicting roster: “Running Brushy” made with roast beef, Ike’s SF BBQ sauce, green chilis and pepper jack, a vegetarian version titled “Cluck Ranch” made with vegan steak and “Mark Appel,” a fried chicken sandwich made with real honey, BBQ sauce, honey mustard, pepper jack, swiss cheese and cheddar cheese.
