Hyatt Regency Austin is providing a Holiday Hangover special throughout the end of January, including smoked turkey green chili hash, paired with the hotel’s house-made Twisted Miracle Michelada drink.

“As the end of December can be a very busy and sometimes overwhelming time, we wanted to showcase the ‘Holiday Hangover’ special to help local residents and hotel guests recover from the holiday season,” said Reese Hay, executive chef at Hyatt Regency Austin.

The “Holiday Hangover” hash dish includes smoked turkey, New Mexico Green Chili, potatoes, garlic, and onion topped with a roasted chili hollandaise sauce.  It’s paired with a housemade Twisted Miracle Michelada, which is created with a house-made rancho mix and garnished with a chili salt rim.

The special is available every weekend through January at Southwest Bistro and Marker 10 restaurants, both located inside of the hotel.
