Grimaldi’s Pizzeria will open its first full-service restaurant in Austin, TX on October 26 at ‘Domain NORTHSIDE. The restaurant features indoor dining and a full bar – a 3,950 square-foot space – with a 1,046 square-foot covered patio equipped with fans and heaters to offer comfortable patio dining regardless of the season.

The location is the 18th location in Texas and joins the Grimaldi’s Pizzeria To-Go at Kitchen United Mix, 8023 Burnet Road, a carry-out and delivery-only concept that opened its doors and ovens earlier this year in Austin.

Pizza lovers in Austin can now enjoy Grimaldi’s coal-fired brick-oven pizza and calzones – made using techniques dating back more than 100 years– along with salads, starters, and desserts. The Domain NORTHSIDE location also offers a full bar program of handcrafted cocktails, premium and local craft beers, and a diverse wine list, including Grimaldi’s own exclusive bottlings of Mille Gradi Rosso Toscano Sangiovese and Pinot Grigio.

Guests who prefer to enjoy the Grimaldi’s experience in the comfort of their own home can place orders for carryout or delivery from Grimaldi’s website or delivery orders via DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats.
