After opening their  restaurant in the summer of 2016, Jessica and Gary Wu of General Tso’Boy, are making a few changes changes and additions to the menu. General Tso’Boy will now offer family style options meant for sharing, as well as ginger scallion noodles to pair with protein.

When ordering the family style option, guests choose one of the following entrees to accompany mixed grains or ginger scallion noodles: General Tso’s Chicken, Ginger Scallion Roast Chicken (GF), Kung Pao Roast Chicken, Black Pepper Beef, Char Siu Pulled Pork, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Mapo Tofu, and Seasonal Vegetable Curry. Shareable sides include crinkle cut fries, seasonal vegetables, Chinese sesame salad, broccoli, mixed grains, and ginger scallion noodles. For dessert, guests can enjoy the popular soft-serve in a honey walnut sundae, a shareable treat made of the daily soft serve flavor, Janina O’Leary’s matcha fudge, sesame seeds, honey walnuts, and other rotating soft serve toppings.

The menu also allows the option to order ginger scallion noodles to accompany a protein.  Proteins include General Tso’s Chicken, Ginger Scallion Chicken, Black Pepper Beef, Char Siu Pulled Pork, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Mapo Tofu, as well as Seasonal Vegetable Curry, and can all still be paired with a salad or grain bowl option.

General Tso’Boy has also expanded its menu to include more gluten free options including: Ginger Scallion Roast Chicken, Sesame Ginger Broccoli, and current seasonal vegetables Shiitake Napa and Wok-fired Green Beans.

General Tso’Boy is located at 11501 Rock Rose, Suite 152, in the Rock Rose District of Domain North in Austin.
