1.5oz Playa Real Silver Tequila
1.5oz Sweetened Pumpkin Puree
.75oz lemon juice
.25oz allspice or pimento dram (St Elizabeth)
1.5oz soda water
Shake all ingredients except soda, strain over ice in a collins and top with soda.
Garnish: Shiso leaf tucked in top of glass (looks like a pumpkin leaf!)

.25 creme de violette
Shaken up in a coupe glass
