2 cups vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup coconut Kefir
1/2 cup rolled oats, soaked overnight
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Optional toppings:
1 Tbsp dried cranberries
1 Tbsp blueberries
1 Tbsp golden raspberries
1/4 cup granola
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Soak the rolled oats overnight in 1 cup of vanilla almond milk. Combine the soaked oats, remaining 1 cup almond milk, coconut kefir, and chia seeds in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy. It’s that easy and that delicious!
