New Menu Preview: East Side King South Lamar

East Side King South Lamar is revamping its menu and Chef de Cuisine Clinton Kendall is excited to introduce new items at the South Lamar location in place of their classic tacos. Kendall says his goal is to continue coming up with new items to keep his staff and the customers excited about the food they cook and serve. 

Check out some of ESK’s new menu items below: 

New menu items:

  • Katsu Meshi: 
Panko fried pork shoulder, jasmine rice, kimchi, green onion, cucumber, beni shoga, kewpie, tonkatsu sauce. $10

  • Chicken katsu meshi: 
green curry and buttermilk fried chicken thigh, jasmine rice, kimchi, green onion, cucumber, beni shoga, furikake, kewpie.$9

  • Pork belly meshi: Roasted Tender Belly pork belly,  , jasmine rice, kimchi, green onion, cucumber, beni shoga, furikake, kewpie. $9

  • Ebi Ebi meshi: Tempura fried shrimp, jasmine rice, cucumber, green onion, nori, beni shoga, million dollar sauce $9

  • Edamame: roasted soy beans, spicy chili paste $4
