We recently celebrated National Irish Coffee Day with Chameleon Cold-Brew & Shiner to sample their latest partnered creation, Shiner Cold-Brew Coffee Ale, which was part of Spoetzl’s Birthday Beer series, available in 12-ounce bottles and cans, 24-ounce bombers and on tap for a limited time. The new brew was recently introduced by Shiner Brewmaster Jimmy Mauric and Chameleon Cold-Brew coffee expert Matt Swenson and is now available for purchase in Texas stores.

This malty beer has a slightly sweet coffee aroma, a creamy head and a silky smooth taste. It’s got a slight hop presence and a very clean finish to make this 5% ABV ale a pleasure to drink and enjoyable to the last sip.
