Central Standard Launches Brunch

Starting this Saturday, February 13th, Central Standard will offer a classic American brunch from Executive Chef Michael Paley and Executive Pastry Chef Amanda Rockman. Free valet up to three hours for restaurant guests.

Menu highlights:

  • Complete raw bar offerings, including oysters, lobster, ceviches and The Standard Platter

  • Steak, egg & chips grilled ny strip steak, sunny eggs, steak chips, chili sauce

  • Yellowfin tuna salad rare seared yellowfin tuna, avocado, mango, cilantro, pickled onion

  • Fried chicken sandwich kohlrabi jalapeno slaw, deviled egg mayo

  • French toast griddled potato bread, whipped ricotta, fruit jam

  • Bakery by Executive Pastry Chef Amanda Rockman, including a classic cinnamon roll, almond coffee cake and a cheddar bacon fat biscuit

WHEN: Saturdays & Sundays, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
